Peloton Overtime Settlement
Trevon Estes v. Peloton Interactive, Inc.,
Ramsey County District Court, State of Minnesota, Case No. 62-cv-21-5746
Welcome to the Peloton Overtime Settlement website.
If you received a Notice via mail or email, it is because you were employed and paid on an hourly basis by Peloton Interactive, Inc. (“PELOTON”) and allegedly worked more than 40 hours during any workweek at 2601 49th Ave N, STE 100, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55430, between June 1, 2019 and August 12, 2021, and allegedly were not paid overtime. As such, you are part of a group of employees (a “Class”) who have settled a lawsuit with PELOTON. This “Lawsuit” claims that PELOTON did not pay Class Members the overtime premium for all overtime hours worked. PELOTON maintains that its pay practices have always been lawful and in compliance with federal and state law and denies any wrongdoing in the Lawsuit. The Parties have agreed to resolve this matter solely to avoid the disruption, unpredictability and expense associated with further litigation.
A proposed Settlement has been reached in this Lawsuit that affects your rights. If the Court approves the Settlement, all claims in this Lawsuit will be resolved. For more information, please review the Notice of Class Action Settlement and Settlement Hearing.
